Relocate to Fiji German-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our Client is a captive contact centre providing seamless 24/7 customer support services in multiple languages. Over the years, they have diversified into providing 24/7 multilingual contact centre solutions to global names in aviation, telecommunication, retail and finance.

Job Type: On Site | Full-time 

Visa and accommodation included.

Requirements

• Fluency/Advanced level German & English Language Skills
• High School Diploma (Abitur)
• Computer literacy at intermediate level
• No criminal record
• Experience in Customer Services / Call Centre / travel and tourism sector advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions

Work Hours

• A minimum of 42.5 hours a week to a maximum of 48 hours per week (8.5 – 9.5 hour shifts per day)
• Shifts to be rostered from Mondays to Sundays (Rotational shifts: day Shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays)

Salary and Benefits

• 5 Travel days – one off benefit of 5 travel days for long haul travel for contract renewals. 
• Accommodation in the Employer staff apartments. 
• Economy Air Ticket – upon completion of term of contract should either party not wish to renew the contract the employee will be provided with a non – return economy class ticket. 
• Expatriate Allowance – subject to successful completion of the term of contract and upon Employer discussion with employee regarding renewal of contract, you choose whether you would like to opt for a Return travel (Home Leave) or a payout of your expatriate allowance. 
• Health Insurance – offering hospitalization, benefits for day care, hospitalization and surgery at an approved private medical facility or local public hospital (Note this cover does not apply to any existing medical conditions. Dental and Optical is arranged at the employee’s own personal cost) 
• Non – return economy class Air Ticket to Fiji prior to the commencement of Fixed term contract. 
• OT (1.5 x normal rate for the first 3 hours, and double time for hours worked after)
• Public Holidays (2 x normal rate) 
• Subsidized meals at a choice of 2 canteens at work
• Transport to/from work at specific pick/drop off points. 
• Visa assistance and costs covered for Work permit fees.
