Senior Account Director

As our Senior Account Director, you will be handling the relationships with our key clients, being the face of JOURNEE. We are looking for an autonomous, proactive and reliable person who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment on cutting edge technology projects with top global brands.

We are also considering working with freelancers for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and cultivating strong relationships and trust with key clients, while setting and managing their expectations on a project basis
• Being the face of JOURNEE to our clients on large projects
• Understanding client needs and objectives to deliver appropriate solutions to meet their objectives
• Accurately recording all relevant data within our CRM system

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years experience in account management or similar client-facing role within an advertising or agency setting
• 5+ years experience managing top level clients with 7-figure budgets
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organisation
• Problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Genuine interest in the Web3 and metaverse space
• Located in the European time-zone (+/- 2 hours remote requirement)
