We’re looking for a dynamic HR business partner(HRBP) to join Rest of Asia HR team (Korea, Taiwan and countries in South Asia) in Seoul, Korea, supporting Korea and South Asia teams (total team size is about 160) and reporting to Rest of Asia HR Director.

As part of leadership team, you will coach and support leaders at all levels of the organization, acting as a strategic partner to help them build and implement effective long-term resourcing and talent strategies. You will also responsible for acting as an employee advocate by proactively engaging with employees at all levels of the organization to understand their perspectives to ensure they feel heard and valued.

In addition to working directly with Korea and South Asia teams, you will also be a part of a collaborative, global team of HR professionals and have the opportunity to influence HR initiatives across the team. You will partner with other HRBPs as well as specialist functions, including recruiting, talent development and compensation, to drive innovation and excellence in execution across our people strategies and processes. We are looking for someone who brings an independent, objective perspective, capability to utilize strong business acumen and has a history of effectively leading change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related business field and a minimum of 6 years of related HR experience.
  • Proven track record of driving for results and successfully completing complex projects
  • Ability to effectively influence business & HR leaders and gain commitment for new ideas
  • A track record for navigating ambiguous situations and facilitating organization or team change
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/people programs
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with teams across different sites and countries
  • Excellent judgment and communication skills
  • Commitment to championing inclusion and diversity
  • Development mindset and commitment to driving bench development
