We are currently looking for an Analytics Specialist to help clients on data-related projects. As an Analytics Specialist, you will lead closely with stakeholders and various client-side departments to oversee the design, development, and validation of Analytics data for the Google Analytics platform. As a consultative partner, the Analytics Specialist also will advise clients on industry trends and ways to harness different technology solutions to drive long-term value.
This role focuses on the design and implementation of customized analytics as well as creating training and deployment processes. Successful candidates for this opportunity will demonstrate strategic thought and client management skills that go beyond platform knowledge.
The Role
Client Facing
- Hands on implementation of clients’ analytics accounts including properties, user management, dashboards, and reporting
- Plan, design and implement data analytics across a portfolio of digital channels and platforms in the Google Analytics 360 suite
- Architect client-side “source of truth” such as a Site Analytics and Marketing Intelligence platform or dashboard
- Source key customer insights through data and testing to define KPIs and inform our digital campaigns
- Establish standard process for client’s digital properties to set up, maintain and track data for reach, engagement, performance and other behavior metrics
- Translate the result of the attribution model/testing towards action partner with our internal team, to drive value across the Marketing channels being tracked; support diverse stakeholders by generating custom reports according to business needs
- Work with developers and product owners to determine appropriate metrics and behavior to track new and existing propertiesAlign client’s needs with our solutions to help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities to drive long-term value
Business Facing
- Project manage account analytics efforts setting company-wide best practices and processes
- Drive towards higher effective rate between client value and costs; build efficiencies into repeatable processes and scale globally
- Work with the Solution Engineering Team to translate business requirements into products; Work with Sales team to translate products into opportunities
- Educate Accounts, Sales, and Engineering teams on various analytics software to support fulfillment; train employees and offer platform expertise; define roadmap for long-term Customer Analytics needs
What You Bring To It
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager
- Installation & Architecture experience with Google Analytics (360), Google Optimize, and Data Studio
- Plus: Installation & architecture experience with Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude), Attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adbrix, Adjust, Branch), Salesforce, and Tableau
- Able to read/write basic HTML/HTML5 /CSS/JavaScript, other front end languages (Python, NodeJS, PHP, etc.), and ability to query large databases (SQL)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Math, or Statistics/Economics
- Excellent analytic, quantitative and problem solving skills with proven ability to deliver actionable insights
- Proficient in computer applications used to manipulate large datasets to analyze, test, validate and report public web usage data
- Able to relay technical requirements to engineers for execution of custom code
- Experience reading API documentation and understanding the technical requirements for implementation with other platforms
- Experience in tag architecture analysis and using tagging platform(s) to execute proper data flow
- Ability to explain architecture proposals to non-technical audiences and communicate business value of suggested ideas & plans
- Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid start-up environment
- Strong Written and verbal communication skill in both Korean and English
Requirements
- Be located in Seoul, South Korea
- Willing to to travel internationally
- Native or fluent in Korean
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Must have work permit for S.Korea; we will not provide visa or relocation assistance

- 한국어 비즈니스 레벨로 가능 하신 분
- 해외 출장 및 해외 팀원들과 영어로 소통 기회가 많아 영어로 소통하는 것에 두려움이 없으신 분
우대 사항
- 구글 애널리틱스 (360)/ 구글 태그매니저/구글 옵티마이즈 및 데이터 스튜디오와 같은 툴을 이용하여 설치 및 아키텍쳐로 2년 정도의 경험을 가지고 계신 분
- 기초 HTML/ HTML5/ CSS/ 자바스크립트/ 파이썬, NodeJS, PHP과 같은 언어 쓰기 및 읽기 가능하신 분
- 퍼블릭 웹 사이트 사용량에 관한 데이터를 분석, 테스트, 검증 및 보고 하기 위해 대규모 데이터 세트
