Job Summary

As Partner Development Manager, you will manage and support development of high potential growth Partners and recruitment & onboarding of new Cloud Partners. The role collaborates with Distribution and Specialist functions to activate Partners, increase NetApp’s Products and Services sales, achieve sales targets and drive preference towards NetApp.

  • Customer oriented with the ability not only relate to businesses, partners & customers but be driven with humble attitude and deep ability to maintain and grow them.
  • An effective communicator and influencer, a contributor for channel business and evangelist of company’s solutions to partner community supporting company’s business growth.
  • You will persuade and influence opinions, also override challenges confidently recommending the best solution
  • Be positive in receiving and managing constructive feedback, taking proactive responsibilities to develop and learn from experiences
  • A successful team player who can lead, drive and motivate others around.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development. Candidates must however be strong “self-starters” and motivated.
  • They must have passion and drive to win over new partners to NetApp and to realize how to expand our existing ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace is preferred.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 1 to 6 years’ experience in a customer facing role
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Willing to travel 15%-20% on average.
