You are responsible for
Project work:
- Support the project manager in coordinating and implementing field work within the project, including the development of project plans, the preparation of information requests, preparation for seminars and meetings, the collection of documentation and maintaining communication with client personnel.
- Perform actions and procedures within the project in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project, draw up working documents (ppt, xls, doc).
- Conduct interviews with client staff and external experts.
- Analyze facts, identify problems, and make recommendations using independent judgment on the subjects being analyzed.
- Develop reporting documents (deliverables) as the results of the project (together with the project team) and submit them for approval to the project manager and client.
- Perform other project activities as directed by management.
Sales and Pre-Sales activities:
- Pro-actively participate in the marketing communications of the consulting department: preparing articles, participating in marketing activities, and other actions aimed at increasing awareness and preference of the company’s consulting product to target audiences.
- Prepare or participate in the preparation of proposals for potential customers, participate in pre-sales activities with potential customers (meetings, preparation of joint events, etc.).
- Continuously analyze the workflows of the consulting practice and give recommendations for their improvement, if applicable.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Healthcare field, (i.e. Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Delivery, etc.) required.
EXPERIENCE
- Between 2-8 years of experience in management consulting or healthcare provider operations.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to client (international) sites as needed within defined markets to meet client needs.
