Private Assets Sales Assistant Manager

Schroders Korea Limited looking for a new Private Assets Sales Assistant Manager.

This is a newly created role to expand Schroders Capital’s footprint in Korea. The job holder will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors in Korea and play a key role in growing our Private Assets business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day to day investor relations responsibilities to maintain high standards of client service including, for example, responding to client queries, RFPs, questionnaire and acting as the key liaison point for wider Schroders teams
• Lead on the production of high quality and timely fund reports/updates and provide to clients on a timely manner
• Produce and maintain high quality marketing materials for relevant products, in liaison with relevant product teams
• Develop client relationships through regular meetings and support setting up of client business plans for key clients to extend opportunities
• Operate effectively within a regulated environment and adhering to Schroders’ policies and best practice

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of private assets investment and overall financial markets
• Relevant experience of 4 to 5years in private asset sector or investment bank or securities or fund house within client service business
• Previous experience in Real Estate or PE/VC would be a big plus
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong conceptual, analytical and critical thinking
• A proven track record of client service and stakeholder management
• Ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities
• Team player with great interpersonal skills and work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Korean and English language
• Self-motivated and passion to demonstrate initiative
