International and National experts – Reviews of policies for lifelong learning: adult education in Georgia

DRS is looking for one International and one National expert for the ETF-funded Mission: Torino Process review of policies for lifelong learning in Georgia: adult education in Georgia.

Professional and/or education experience:

International Expert:

• Expert with experience outside of his main country, or an expert from a region of the country in question.
• At least 10 years of professional experience with the analysis of policies for adult education and training through policy reviews and/or related types of research, and with education and training for youth and adults.
• Excellent knowledge of policies, systemic reforms, and their implementation in the context of adult education.
• Knowledge of relevant EU initiatives and framework documents.
• Very good knowledge of policies, practices, and experiences in Eastern Europe (post-Soviet context).
• Knowledge of EU context.
• Very good experience in carrying out these kinds of assignments, coordinating with national stakeholders and experts and drafting analytical reports and policy recommendations
• English C1
• Knowledge of Georgian education and training sector and general context.

National Expert:

• Expert based in his home country with experience in his home country.
• At least 10 years of professional experience with the analysis of policies for adult education and training through policy reviews and/or related types of research, and with education and training for youth and adults.
• Excellent knowledge of policies, systemic reforms, and their implementation in the context of education and adult education in Georgia.
• Very good experience in carrying out these kinds of assignments, coordinating with national stakeholders and experts, carrying out interviews and focus group discussions, and drafting analytical reports and policy recommendations
• English C1; Georgian C1.
• Knowledge of relevant EU initiatives and framework documents.
