Program Director should be highly motivated and experienced to oversee and manage the educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the curriculum for various hospitality training programs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all educational content and training materials.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
- Lead and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, accreditation bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Gather feedback from students, employers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the institution’s educational offerings and reputation.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for program growth and development.
- Ensure alignment of programs with industry trends and employer needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of programs.
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their educational and career goals.
- Address student concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the student experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Education, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in education or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful educational programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, instructors, industry partners, and accreditation bodies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management software.
