We are looking for an experienced Analytics professional to join our growing E-commerce team as the Head of Analytics. With this role, you will help guide our team into the future of digital marketing and e-commerce. You will proactively analyze data from different sources to optimize investment, audience, and content mix ultimately driving ROI.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the Analytics Team: Spearhead our Analytics team, driving a vision to leverage data analysis for maximal value creation within the company.
- Track User Interactions: Guarantee precise tracking of user behaviors across our e-commerce platform to gather insightful data.
- Develop Data Pipelines: Architect and maintain data pipelines for aggregating data in a central warehouse and for disseminating data across various analytics tools in our ecosystem.
- Monitor Site Performance: Continually assess and interpret site performance metrics, delivering detailed reports on KPIs to steer decision-making processes and evaluate the success of A/B tests and other strategic initiatives.
- Understand Customer Dynamics: Gain an in-depth comprehension of customer behavior and preferences by analyzing on-site data, soliciting user feedback, and mapping customer journeys.
- Design and Analyze A/B Tests: Plan and conduct A/B testing to refine different elements of our e-commerce website, such as product pages, landing pages, and user navigation paths.
- Explore New A/B Testing Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on novel opportunities for A/B testing and data analysis, and aid in the formulation of industry-leading testing and optimization practices.
- Keep Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics and A/B testing to maintain our competitive edge and uphold a data-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Bring at least 10 years of proven experience utilizing digital analytics to drive tangible business or marketing results in B2C settings.
- A/B Testing Expertise: Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with A/B testing tools and hypothesis crafting aimed at website optimization.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Analytics Tools: Proficient with platforms like Google Analytics, Fullstory, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, etc.
- Tag Management: Skilled in using Google Tag Manager and similar tools.
- Programming: Well-versed in SQL and proficient in Python or R.
- Data Warehousing: Experienced with data warehousing solutions on GCP or AWS.
- Data Visualization: Competent in utilizing data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and upper management, backed by a strong ability to support opinions with insightful data and analytics, driving optimal decisions and outcomes.
