Advertising Design Intern

As the Advertising Design Intern, you will be responsible for producing clickable ad creatives and landing pages that generate user engagement and conversions. You will also be part of a team that brainstorms, designs, and tests new user experiences, design languages, messages, and ad formats.

In this role, you will:

• Design and create high-quality ad creative and landing pages
• Research clients, client ad campaigns, their underlying product, and their unique selling points, their brand, and brand guidelines
• Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas with the team
• Create multiple design variants and work with programmers and campaign managers to deploy and measure the effectiveness of each variant
• Meet internal and external deadlines and appropriately manage client expectations
• Work on any other additional related projects assigned by the manager
• Assist with tasks like photo retouching and image sourcing resizing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related to design or art

• Experience in Visual Ideation/Creativity Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, a must.) Multimedia Design Software (After Effects, etc.) Color Theory Web Design/Basic HTML & CSS Layout/Conversion Optimization Print Design

• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Knowledge of developing marketing/advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of digital and UI/UX design

• Knowledge of Figma and Creatopy is a strong advantage
• Client-side/commercial experience and evidence of this work an advantage

• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Fluent English

• Ability to manage own workload and changing demands
• A keen eye for detail
• A can-do and flexible approach
• Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast paced environment
