A global packaging solutions provider is looking for a Field Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring attainment of agreed-upon customer service standards and level. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate procedures of testing and product quality assurance
  • Increase machine efficiency by providing training to service engineers
  • Deliver assistance at client sites
  • Set objectives and monitor the accomplishments of each team member
  • Manage installation, troubleshooting, upkeep, modification, and adjustment
  • Create a maintenance schedule and collaborate with the client on spare parts storage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or automation
  • More than 10 years of field service experience such as machine installation and commissioning (beverage, food, or dairy product packaging field is ideal)
  • Prior experience as a service manager, test engineer, or related position
  • Practical experience in customer service and building principles
  • Knowledge of Rexroth MLC or Siemens S7-300 series is advantageous
  • Fluent level written and verbal English
