A global packaging solutions provider is looking for a Field Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring attainment of agreed-upon customer service standards and level. This role is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate procedures of testing and product quality assurance
- Increase machine efficiency by providing training to service engineers
- Deliver assistance at client sites
- Set objectives and monitor the accomplishments of each team member
- Manage installation, troubleshooting, upkeep, modification, and adjustment
- Create a maintenance schedule and collaborate with the client on spare parts storage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or automation
- More than 10 years of field service experience such as machine installation and commissioning (beverage, food, or dairy product packaging field is ideal)
- Prior experience as a service manager, test engineer, or related position
- Practical experience in customer service and building principles
- Knowledge of Rexroth MLC or Siemens S7-300 series is advantageous
- Fluent level written and verbal English
