Takaful Al Sham (TAS) has been responding to the Syrian crisis since 2012 and to the Refugee Response in Turkiye since 2013. TAS works in Education, Early Recovery, Food Security, Livelihood & Empowerment, WASH, Protection, Shelter, CCCM, and Emergency Response, where TAS has implemented successfully more than 130 projects in Direct partnership with Institutional donors, UN Agencies, and INGOs such as; BHA, SCHF, UNICEF, WFP, UNDP, IOM, CARE, GOAL, Save the Children, Global Communities, World Vision, DRC, WHH, Archenova, Chemonics. Role Purpose:
Support in setting up and implementation of accountability initiatives and management of feedback and accountability mechanisms at area program and ensuring feedback and complaint mechanism is fully functional.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· To support design and implement the FRM strategy and policy of TAS for Syria and Turkey Responses.
· Ensure that up-to-date programming & other relevant information is available and shared with people in need through hotlines, helpdesk, outreach, and other information sharing platforms.
· Ensure that all complaints are channeled internally for review and to be responded to within 2 weeks with beneficiary satisfaction feedback.
· Ensure that all complaints that are not addressed within two weeks, or sensitive feedback / complaints are followed up and escalated to management as outlined in the standards.
· Interfacing complaint and response mechanism with other departments, unit and functions and leading on redress of the beneficiaries.
· Ensure a proper filling system for all the complaints and feedback received through the different CRM.
· Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly FCRM reports are prepared and shared with the supervisor and other relevant staff HA staff.
· Ensure that staff manning all the different FCRM, and program teams are well trained on the humanitarian standards & principles and accountability pillars.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Two years experience working in a related position, in particular Humanitarian experience.
· Formal training in Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Management, Core Humanitarian Standard, Data Quality Assurance (DQA) is an asset.
· Skills and experience conducting data verification, analysis, reporting, and monitoring.
· Good interviewing skills.
· Experience managing FCRM process.
· Excellent skills in oral and written communications.
· Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills are an advantage.
· Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
· Good writing, editing, and presentation skills.
· Excellent computer skills.
