Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of GenAI strategies to create new products and enhance existing offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and product development, to integrate GenAI technologies using Agile methodologies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in GenAI applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor AI solutions that align with governmental regulations and public expectations.
• Manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements using Agile project management practices.
• Continuous monitoring of the product adoption and performance
• Stay abreast of technological advancements in AI and assess competitive products and services.
• Facilitate training and development for team members on GenAI technologies and applications.
• Utilize version control systems like GitHub for maintaining project versioning and collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• – Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and particularly in generative AI technologies.
• – Demonstrable knowledge of AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI’s GPT, or similar technologies.
• – Strong understanding of the current AI market, technological advancements, and emerging trends.
• – Solid experience in product development, project management, and deployment of AI solutions within a tech-focused environment using Agile processes.
• – Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• – Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models and generative models.
• – Proficient in programming languages such as Python and ability to work with AI development tools.
• – Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, specifically for deploying AI solutions.
• – Knowledge of data processing, data architecture, and data storage solutions suitable for scalable AI applications.
• – Ability to perform rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
• – Familiarity with ethical AI practices and ensuring AI solutions are developed within legal and regulatory frameworks.
• – Skilled in using Agile practices and tools like GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
