Emirates NBD
As an Area Sales Manager at Emirates NBD, you oversee a number of branches within an assigned region and are responsble for designing and implementing and monitoring effective strategies to drive the sales of banking products through your branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive sales target for the Personal Banking Assistants and monitor their achievement to ensure the sales targets are met.
- Develop, implement and monitor business plans in order to achieve the annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance sales and market share.
- Plan, manage, identify, and improve the processes within the distribution channel to deliver targeted sales.
- Provide input on sales / product strategies for formulating business and sales strategies.
- Increase awareness on products and markets amongst the sales teams to exploit market opportunities.
- Develop personal banking officers through training, coaching and manage their performance to ensure required levels of performance and competence.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of branch banking experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role in branch sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, present reports, and findings to senior management.
