- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Assists with recruiting by job posting, screening, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, coordinating onsite interviews and conducting reference checks
- Proactively utilize different channels to expand talent pool and to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner
- Ensures the Applicant Tracking System (Avature) and reports are updated
- Responsible for pre-employment communication and continued support for new hires
- Coordinates employment advertisement initiatives
- Plans and facilitates new hire orientation and on-boarding activities
- Presents various new hire orientation program topics such as Benefits, HR policies Compensation & Benefits (Excl. Payroll)
- Participates in salary & benefits benchmark survey
- Coordinates C&B processes (e.g. salary planning, new benefits introduction etc.)
- Creates & maintains accurate information regarding benefit plans and compensation policies (e.g. Benefits leaflet)
- Generates monthly payroll input for payroll processing
- Acts as the primary point of contact for RSK benefit programs to include conducting open enrollment, orientations and providing day to day administration.
- Performs benefit audits & analysis Learning & Development Support
- Conducts training needs identification & coordinates various training programs for RSK employees and team leaders
- Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
- Supports in the continual and ongoing development and design of blended learning in a variety of formats that are embedded into SuccessFactors Learning Center
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses
- Ensures training facilities (room setting up for training, refreshments etc.)
- Maintains RSK online portal site by closely working with online training vendors to ensure monthly operations; enrolling/terminating of employees, reports analysis etc. HR Operations, Data reporting, People-centric events
- Maintains records of personnel-related data (new hires, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and in SAP and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Prepares employment contracts, addendums and company letters
- Manages exit process & documentation
- Supports in managing HR budget
- Identifies opportunities for improvement, develop and execute recommendations and plans to enhance HR processes
- Reviews and updates implement HR policies & procedures/employee handbook to ensure up-to-date
- Responsible for time management (leave management etc.)
- Responsible for statutory reporting
- Provide support for internal and external audits requests
- Performs various administrative and support functions in support of department operations including scheduling, report generation, invoice reconciliation and payment and preparation of correspondence
- Assist HR Manager to administer and execute HR initiatives and projects (e.g. HR Newsletter)
- Plans and organizes employee events and recreational activities (e.g. Family day etc.)
- Performs other duties, ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned. Upcoming Project

Your Qualifications
- Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly autonomous; able to work on their own without guidance
- Extremely attentive to detail, accurate and thorough
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and with a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
- SAP user (preferred)
- Knowledge of South Korean employment and payroll-related legislation.
- Business level of English & Native Korean Speaker Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience required.
