Attorney – Foreclosure Defense Project

LSNJ is seeking an attorney to join the Foreclosure Defense Project. The attorney will work with a team that advises and represents consumers in mortgage and property tax foreclosures. The team also works on policy matters and impact litigation when resources permit.

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, especially in areas relating to consumer protection and foreclosure defense. Chapter 13 bankruptcy experience and Spanish fluency are preferred but not required.
