Job Summary

In this role, you are responsible for the overall administration of logistics and warehousing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Generate report and assist in updating WI/SOI
  • Responsible for all inbound air and sea shipments are cleared from port on a timely manner by working closely with cross functional team including buyers, order management, shipping agents, warehouse operator and forwarder and review content against purchase order or DO for accuracy
  • Responsible for all outbound land, sea and air shipments, work closely with Shipping team to ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time by Warehouse team for delivery
  • Lead periodic cycle count activities and ensure all inventories are properly accounted for. Ensure team participation in physical counting, count checking and verifying.
  • Assist in purchase order processing and work with vendor to ensure service/ products are delivered on timely manner
  • Ensure all transactional documentation is handled, filed properly and data / records are posted accurately in the SAP system.
  • Packing material inventory control and replenishment
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related similar position is preferred.
  • Knowledge in ERP, SAP WM and MM experience are preferred and proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Computer literate, knowledge of SAP module in warehouse would be a plus
  • Good warehouse, inbound and outbound logistics knowledge
  • Have good team-worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and a determined attitude
  • Collaborate nature to work effectively as part of a team
  • A willingness to contribute, lean and embrace continuous improvement
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
    • List any safety requirements applicable to role within local regulation

    • Work safely by not causing unsafe conditions or doing unsafe acts
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
    • Ensure that all works and duties are carried out in accordance with the Company quality policy and compiled to cGMP at all times
    • Ensure all operations in cGMP compliance and safe to execute and properly documented. Constantly take effort to review, feedback, fine tune and update warehouse operations and its relating procedure

Travel Requirements

  • Domestic Travel requirement: 10-20% , between office and warehouse

Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Competencies/Authorities

  • Ability to read, write and good understanding of the English language.
  • Must be attentive and pay attention to details
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
