CANADEM
CANADEM is seeking seasoned professionals with previous relevant experience for its Cybersecurity roster. CANADEM is a Canadian-based NGO that works with various UN agencies through the standby partnership program. We regularly deploy candidates in various areas of expertise all around the globe. Registration with CANADEM is always free. We are looking to expand our pool of experts for potential/upcoming opportunities with different UN agencies field offices. Most positions are for 3 to 6-month deployments.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- At least 5 years experience in cyber security or related fields
- Experience with IT and cyber security systems
- Good understanding best practices, methods, trends and legislation in IT cyber security
- University degree in computer science or related field
Desirable:
- Security certifications from major suppliers (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet)
- Experience with Open Source intrusion detection technologies
- Experience working with threat sharing platforms
