Role Summary

The position holder assists the Compliance team in implementing the Corporate Compliance program for Properties that includes conducting Know Your Customer screenings, managing the Compliance tracker to meet objectives, supporting investigations through interviews and document reviews, and aiding the Compliance Lead in developing Regulatory and Internal Compliance initiatives.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the Compliance Lead in establishing the Majid Al Futtaim Properties Business Ethics Vision and annual plan.
• Track key performance indicators and program performance with dashboards.
• Organize meetings and training sessions, handling administrative tasks. Collaborate on tracking external regulatory changes and developing compliance plans.
• Manage the Majid Al Futtaim Properties Critical Policy list and monitor the annual review cycle.
• Assist in Ethics Hotline investigations and conduct fraud and risk assessments.
• Perform due diligence screenings for customers and promote a speak-up culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management.
• Professional certifications in Compliance Management, Business Ethics, or forensic investigations are a plus.
• Good knowledge of ISO 19600:2014 and OCEG standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, corporate compliance, or internal audit.
