Job Title
Customer Service Representative
Work with field sales to maintain and improve the business relationship between the customer and company, and support customer requests
Customer backlog management: Purchase orders, change orders and logistics
Supply management: Work with Supply chain to review supply status, capacity and new product launch
Forecast management: Analyze customer forecasts, track customer project status, monitor design opportunities and market trends, understand customer requirements
Develop/Implement Analytical Models for organization metrics, dashboards etc.(Sales revenue report, design opportunity pipeline, delivery performance, forecast accuracy etc.)
Develop expertise in our organizational systems including SAP
Work with legal to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions.
Involve in quality assurance request such as RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, and customer special requests
University graduates
2+ year working experience in Inside Sales/Customer service or high-tech company preferred
Data analytical skills
Strong computer skills (MS office, especially Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Korean
Ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis
