Role Overview

An Estate Agent with Savills is a busy and varied role and includes arranging and conducting viewings, liaising with clients, negotiating and processing sales from under offer through to completion. This is a great development opportunity to work closely with 2 Directors and be involved in selling some of the finest properties in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Angus.

The role is Monday to Friday and will be a mixture of office working and visiting properties in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The team also work Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm on a rota basis which can be done from home.

Team Overview

The Aberdeen office is an exciting, multi-discipline office that has seen significant growth since it opened seven years ago. The Residential Sales team comprise of 2 Directors, 1 Property Associate and 1 Secretary.

The Aberdeen office currently delivers a number of different service lines including Development, Building Consultancy, Business Space, Farm and Estate Sales and Rural Land Management.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, polite and respectful manner
  • Carry out viewing with prospective buyers and manage clients across all price ranges
  • Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times
  • Produce reports to enable targeted prospecting
  • Full use of REAPIT including maintaining records with 100% accuracy
  • Partake in Power 90’s
  • Build sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities
  • Handle daily applicant enquiries from Savills database system, ensuring accurate details are registered and actioned
  • Maintain records on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary
  • Manage own diary efficiently with respect to team members diaries
  • Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly
  • Successfully pitch for and win agency business
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with clients
  • Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner including valuing the property where appropriate and negotiating best possible price for the client
  • Effectively market and promote properties for sale
