Evaluator for the upcoming evaluation on the Afghanistan mission set-up

The SEU is looking for an evaluator/evaluation team for the upcoming evaluation on the Afghanistan mission set-up.

Starting date: March or April 2023

Duration: Final report to be submitted by latest October, 2023 (to be adjusted according to the starting date)

Period to evaluate: The initial proposed scope in terms of timeframe is 2017-2022; this can be challenged or confirmed by the evaluation team during the inception phase

Requirements: Interested applicants with the right profile/s should submit

1) A proposal describing how to carry out this evaluation (including budget in a separate file)

2) a CV

3) a written sample from previous work

Deadline: No later than 2359hrs CET on March 26, 2023

Other: ▪ Obtaining a visa and access to the project may be a challenge for all nationalities. As a result, the evaluator/evaluation team must take into account the question of access to the field for the sake of the data collection phase.
