Strategic Finance Business Partner – Oracle Health International

As part of Oracle Health, a global industry division established following the acquisition of Cerner Corp in 2022, Oracle Health International serves all countries worldwide except the United States and Canada. The Oracle Health International Region has recently undergone Operational Integration. We are seeking a Strategic Finance Business Partner to support the Senior Director in restructuring the finance function. This role encompasses forecasting, strategic analytics, reporting, consolidation, and managing global projects. The candidate will work closely with headquarters, the Oracle Health International sub-regions, and our shared service center in India to drive financial excellence and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Restructure Oracle Health financial reporting utilizing Oracle applications like OAC and EPM.
• Provide guidance to the International organization on forecasting business aspects such as revenues, bookings, expenses, and margins.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters on forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and managing global projects.
• Work closely with Oracle Health International sub-region finance teams, offering guidance and support.
• Shadow the Senior Director of Finance during their absence.
• Participate in annual planning cycles with headquarters and drive the financial planning process within the International region.
• Conduct strategic deep-dive and forward-looking analysis to drive business growth, expansion and margin improvement in the International region.
