We seek an energetic Financial Analyst to join their Singapore team. Your role will entail delivering precise and data-driven insights into the performance of our group companies. Additionally, you will perform research and analysis to bolster our corporate finance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Your scope include analyzing and maintaining financial data for group companies, keeping records of financial data on comparable companies and industry trends, and developing precise financial models. The role involves identifying trends, conducting business studies on past, future, and comparative performance, and accessing market data to provide current valuation metrics. Additionally, the position requires preparing analytical reports as needed, assisting with the structuring of transactions, negotiations, and the preparation and review of transaction documents. The role also encompasses acting as needed to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the group.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification preferred, MBA also preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Big 4 auditing required.
• Must possess an excellent background and knowledge in accounting, capable of managing Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
• Should be proficient in building forecast models and using Bloomberg.
• Requires excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Must have proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint, along with hands-on experience in statistical analysis and the ability to extract data from financial data service providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Advanced technical skills in financial forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
