Graphic Designer/Proposal Production Specialist

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

Produce high quality, visually compelling documents in line Crown Agents brand guidelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

• Work as an integral member of proposal teams producing compliant and compelling bids, proactively advising on bid graphics and document formats.
• Work with bid managers during final document production phase to meet client requirements in terms of format, styles, file size, and delivery deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to drive adherence to brand guidelines in all externally facing communications, raising the standard and impact.
• Provide graphic design input to the Communications team for use in any publicity or business development collateral.
• Develop and maintain library of templates, graphics, and other produced materials for reference or reuse across proposals or by other teams.
• Support colleagues across the business in the use of templates and other documents by providing guidance, including delivering training, on formatting, handling long documents, use of graphics to enhance communications, etc.
• Work with business development and business delivery teams to develop standard documents/content for use in client facing submissions, for example project reports, capability statements and concept notes.
• Enable continuous improvement and information and knowledge sharing across the business. Be a role model for continuous learning, constructive feedback and positivity.

Requirements

• Qualification or training in graphic design and/or desktop publishing or equivalent working experience
• Demonstrable experience in designing/illustrating for sales function
• Evidence of ability to create graphical material from concept to delivery.
