About the job

This role has a country focus and ensures compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines within the country. The role contributes to the development of country strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks. The role provides support and/or technical guidance to country operations while overseeing country activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and support recruitment and selection activities ensuring compliance with recruitment process
  • Work with senior management team and senior staff on new staff retention strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure proper onboarding process
  • Ensure oversight and consistency in position titles and grades, across all field locations
  • Act as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures and ensure it is administered in an equitable and fair manner and meets all legal and labor regulations and requirements
  • Lead people well-being initiatives
  • Define and review salary structure with Support Services Tea leader and coordinate annual compensation review process and compensation adjustments
  • Proactively pursue continuous process improvement in Human Resources related practices in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of output/delivery
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees
  • Providing specialized knowledge and operational know-how in Dynamic and able to provide training on Dynamic to new and current employees.
  • Providing specialized knowledge in HR to Support Service Team Leader
  • Follow up with Admin assistant the visas and work permits for staff
  • Follow up with Admin assistant the accommodation and transportation tracker

About you

To be successful in this role we expect you to have

Experience and technical competencies:

  • Have a minimum 3 years professional experience in Human Resource Management and policy principles in areas such as recruitment, performance management, payroll etc.
  • Familiarity with Turkish and international HR laws and regulations
  • Experience with recruitment and talent management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in working with HRPayroll software
  • Ability to work independently, take the initiative and take responsibility;
  • Organization and ability to manage priorities;
  • Proactive approach to making proposals and identifying solutions
  • Previous experience working in an international environment and/or an international organization.
  • Advance level planning and organization skills with keen attention to detail.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in HR management , Business Administration or any other relevant area

Languages:

  • Full professional proficiency in English

The Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Start date: As soon as possible

Duty station: Türkiye, Adana (with frequent travel to field)
