The role in a nutshell:
We need you to provide advice relating to HR and Employment Laws in not only Denmark but also Sweden & Norway (training will be provided) which is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to progress quickly in your career and expand your HR expertise to other countries.

How you will make a difference:
- Main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle
- Work with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding
- Proactively support the delivery of all the GEO HR processes
- Develop and maintain all types of contracts of employment
- Manage complex HR projects with Workers/Clients. Including but not limited to performance management, terminations & transfer of employment
- Apply and update, when needed, HR policies, procedures and work conditions as well as ensuring their communication and compliance
- Maintain employees’ personal data as per local laws
- Actively identify gaps in processes and make recommendations/implement changes
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to internal teams
- Manage the monthly payroll for all workers with our local payroll partner
What will give you an advantage:
- Advanced local Labour Law knowledge
- Fluent in Danish, Swedish & English language – both written and verbal
- Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
- Management of Employment Terminations is essential
- Focused on results, ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines
- Excellent aptitude for communication and interpersonal relations with managers and employees of different disciplines and cultures
- Payroll experience is desirable
