The opportunity
To play a key role in shaping the overall Human Capital and Culture strategy of Presight by supporting the development and execution of the Human Resources strategy.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Human Capital Director of Presight, you will oversee the human resources strategy, ensure highest quality recruitment and provide guidance in the resolution of day-to-day tactical issues/requirements.

Functional:
- Engage with senior leadership in an advisor capacity to facilitate human resources decisions in alignment with business requirements.
- Exhibit and apply business understanding to design and strategize organization design, strategic workforce planning, and performance management.
- Conduct Human Capital activities including engagement initiatives, talent management journeys and learning & development programs at the relevant business units.
- Support Human Capital and Business Unit leaders in designing and delivering change, engagement, culture and transformation programs.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to employees on matters such as interpretation of policies & procedures, recruitment selection & assessment and employment terms & conditions in line with established policies and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and oversee the handling of matters related to disciplinary action/grievances and hiring/involuntary exits in collaboration with HC Support Services department.
- Regularly review existing job descriptions and creation of job descriptions for new roles in the Business Units.
- Identify HC priorities in division/departmental plans, translate business requirements into effective HC practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Analyze people metrics with the help of the data analytics team to identify people/HC related issues & trends and proactively address them in collaboration with Business Unit leaders and the HC division.
- Ensure key stakeholders are informed/consulted on critical organizational changes such as restructuring, redundancies, retirements and changes in policies and procedures.
- Engage with HC Support Services to ensure the conduct of regular audits and availability of consistent, accurate and reliable employee data.
- Analyze the overall workforce requirement of Business Units vis-à-vis vacancies, employee turnover, new hires and changes or updates in job descriptions and update the Organization Development & Talent Acquisition teams.
- Plan and support the delivery of the performance management cycle with Business Unit leadership and guide performance managers on effectively managing talent and other employee related issues.

Skills and attributes for success
The yardsticks of your success in this role include percentage variation from allocated budgets, employee turnover rate, performance review completion, quantum of strategic initiatives undertaken and internal customer NPS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR
- At least 6 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably at a fast growing technology company
