The Role
We are looking for our first Influencer & PR Manager to join our company. You will be a vital member of our team and you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a community-building strategy.
Tasks and responsibilities
- You will strengthen our influencer marketing strategy for the DACH and UK market
- You will personally manage our Brand ambassadors and key content creators
- You will develop our influencer portfolio further. This includes researching, acquiring, negotiating, and coordinating campaigns for all influential content creators
- You will deliver a successful presence across consumer and corporate media
- You will be responsible for budget tracking, KPI tracking, reporting, analysis and forecast
- You will develop strong brand partnerships, collaborations and activations to grow both brand awareness and net sales
- You will work in close collaboration with our Social Media team to co-create content
- Researching and closing partnership with brands in the wellness ecosystem
- Work hands-on with the Co-Founders and with the CMO of AVEA of implementing our marketing strategy
You’ll fit great with these skills and values
- Native English and native German skills
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Marketing, Community or Communications experience or similar
- You are interested in working in an early-stage startup, where many things are still hectic at times, and where you have the chance to indeed contribute and make a difference
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, positive attitude
- Creative thinker, able to improvise and spot opportunities
- Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make accurate decisions with a sense of urgency
