The Challenge

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Korea

Principle Areas Of Responsibility Are

• Development of the mechanical engineering portion of Host Nation documents such as Criteria Packages and Basic Criteria Packages
• May require mechanical engineering portion of design in US funded projects (SRM), Design-Build projects, and other efforts
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and procedures for the installation, integration, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Provide Design/Quality control for ongoing construction projects.
• Review contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Prepare and/or review and evaluate design calculations.
• Develop independent cost estimates both for the government as well as for internal proposal purposes.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience working with the USG and GOJ on DOD projects in Korea
• Must have either a U.S. engineer license or local (Japan or Korean) license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Korean is a definite plus.
