The Module Lead will be expected to coordinate the creation and delivery of the Leadership-Community Engagement Module course in close partnership with the Project Coordinator. This position is home-based. The Module Lead will liaise with the Project Coordinator, maintain online communication, and attend agreed upon check-in meetings. KEY DELIVERABLES
The Module Lead carries out tasks in accordance with the Terms of Reference. The 25-30 days will be broken down approximately as follows:
- 1-2 days coordination meetings, and debrief report
- 8-10 days curriculum, content, resource, tool development
- 16-18 days of training and feedback support for RLO/I participants
The Module Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing the module curriculum, content, and resources (including templates and tools) in coordination with the Project Coordinator
- Engaging with additional instructor(s) in particular areas as guest speakers for the module
- Facilitating training sessions under the module
- Administering a pre and post module survey to participants
- Providing feedback and support to participants on work undertaken as part of the module, including individual assistance and feedback to each participant
- Completing a monthly timesheet with hours/days worked
- Brief report with observations and lessons learned from leading the module to be submitted to the Project Coordinator within one week of completing the final session
- Liaising with the Project Coordinator in the lead-up, and throughout, the implementation of the module
Payment: Between 200- 250 EUR per day
Hours: 8 hours per day, 25-30 days expected
Length of role: Approximately 3 months
