To manage the Philippine Red Cross – Disaster Management Services’ (DMS) project implementation, leading and supporting Chapter/NHQ project staff and volunteers in the delivery of PRC services based on the needs of the local target community with a focus on DMS operations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of compendium and framework
- Responsible for the development of the DMS framework
- Responsible for the formulation of the DRRM compendium
- Safekeeping of all related documents useful for the DMS framework and DRRM compendium
- Analysis of all related documents useful for the DMS framework and DRRM compendium
Project Management
- Liaise with all key players including NHQ offices, chapters and partner organizations during implementation
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data or information collected by the project
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Disaster Management, Public Administration or other related courses
- At least two years experience in program development, management and deliver
- Preferably with basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
