Bring your marketing expertise to come live and share how the LEGO Group can better leverage OESP (owned, earned, shared and paid) platforms in Korea! This is a 1-year contract hence short notice is preferred.


Core Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with key BU and APAC partners to role model the orchestration and gearing of owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities of the LEGO Group towards sales and brand impact.
  • Champion and activate change journey towards prescribed integrated ways-of-working in BU Korea.
  • Support, own and drive a comprehensive BU Korea editorial calendar across platforms and touchpoints for key audience segments, ensuring that the LEGO Group in Korea drives impactful and consistent narrative.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness agenda through systematic and structured review of OESP channel performance, supporting and working together with marketing performance manager as well as digital managers in BU.
  • Provide updates to the Leadership and broader marketing community on progress of BU Korea’s change journey towards OESP.
  • Support diverse marketing activation drive throughout owned, earned and shared channels within BU Korea (mainly digital team) in order to optimize & strengthen operations on OE&S.

  • Be the KOREA Change Champion for the LEGO Group’s Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) drive, code named OESP (Owned-Earned-Shared-Paid)
  • Stay on top of and influence OESP developments across BU Korea through continuous engagement of and sparring with Korea, APAC and global counterparts.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience towards OESP for consumer brands
  • Strong collaborator and relationship builder; able to work across various internal functions and external partners
  • Strong ownership & Can-do attitude
