[KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Independent organisation of the office
  • Processing of invoices/payments and Purchasing IT and office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Preparation and handling of hardcopy files, folders, documents to be dispatched to authorities or other external 3rd party entities
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Active support in the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops including telephone and video conferences as well as international and domestic travel, including downstream travel expense reporting
  • Coordinating with the company’s Estates Management Team and their appointed representatives in Korea to assisting with any coordination of office moves to new locations
  • Diary, meeting and travel management of the Country Chair
  • Basic Local IT Support in Coordination with HQ IT

[Key Requirements]

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an office manager, preferably also in an international environment
  • Ability to independently problem solve and present options to decision makers to overcome challenges
  • Experience in being involved in relocation of office premises is a plus
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, One Note, and PowerPoint, and preferably SAP
  • Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
