Partnership Manager – Agency for TikTok will be responsible for successfully delivering and educating our advertising products and solutions to leading media agencies, including 4A agencies, local branding or performance agencies. Ideal candidates will have experience in advertising sales from either media or platform, or comes from agency background with strong network in media agency to penetrate the clients to deliver revenue objectives and execute the sales growth strategies.

Responsibilities

– Identify sales opportunities from agencies and achieve performance and branded advertisement sales target according to sales strategies;

– Plan and provide seminars, training and engagement programs to agencies to grow advertisement business in collaboration with cross-functional teams;

– Implement innovative ways to improve partnerships with agencies and achieve sales quota;

– Deliver high levels of customer relationship management in all aspects of sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing with clients in key industries;

– Maintain clear visibility on sales in weekly/monthly basis by providing timely sales forecasts and managing the pipelines for business opportunities;

– Facilitate client’s advertisement campaigns from start to finish and develop successful case studies.

Qualifications

– 5~10 years in the advertising/media industry, or proven track record of either ad sales or digital media business development experiences in agencies;

– Deep understanding of the Korean media agency ecosystem and knowledge in branding and/or performance marketing;

– Ability to build and develop strong relationships with media agencies including 4A agencies or digital media representative agencies;

– Strong network in Korean media agencies with solid experience of working with agency partners and mangers responsible for digital media planning and campaigns;

– Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and having exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

– Native in Korean and fluent in English.
