Partnership Manager – eCommerce will be responsible for successfully executing a media sales role by delivering and selling TikTok advertising products and solutions to key clients in different industry verticals such as Auto, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Travel & O2O, Beauty & Cosmetics, Luxury, Entertainment, e-Commerce and many more.

As a member of this team, you are expected to have experience in advertising sales from either media or platform, or have branding and performance marketing experiences to penetrate the clients to deliver revenue objectives and execute the sales growth strategies.

Building awareness and partnerships within key clients that are completely new to TikTok. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about building new things.

Responsibilities

– Identify new ad sales opportunities from clients and meet the target according to revenue growth strategies;

– Deliver high levels of customer relationship management in all aspects of sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing with clients in key industries;

– Maintain clear visibility on sales in weekly/monthly basis by providing timely sales forecasts and managing the pipelines for business opportunities;

– Formulate data-drive presentations and compelling story lines that are customized to clients’ problems and businesses;

– Formulate global account breakthrough strategy at both global and local levels in partnership with cross-functional teams;

– Facilitate client’s advertisement campaigns from start to finish and develop successful case studies;

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as agency sales team, project team, account management team, creative lab and B2B marketing teams to win the client budget and projects.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above;

– 4-10 years of sales experience in the advertising, digital, media industry, or proven track record and knowledge of business development in branding and/or performance marketing

– Deep understanding of the media advertising ecosystem and knowledge in both branding and performance marketing

– Ability to manage strategic client relationships with excellent communication skills;

– Strong network in Korean Key Advertising industries including but not limited to industry clients and media agencies;

– Ability to plan and manage large advertising budgets & campaigns;

– Native speaker in Korean with fluent English skills to deal with local clients in Korea and execute global campaigns.
