How You Will Make an Impact

• Drive a culture of safety and sustainability: Prioritize HSE in all decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy’s standards and regulations.
• Foster a proactive HSE culture: Collaborate with the HSE function to increase awareness, engage team members in HSE programs, and promote a learning culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: Adhere to Hitachi Energy’s HSE Operating System and any additional local requirements.
• Develop and maintain HSE competency: Equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and responsibly.
• Support supplier and contractor management: Collaborate with external parties to ensure they adhere to Hitachi Energy’s HSE standards.

Your Background

• Proven experience in HSE management within construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards
• Ability to foster a culture of safety and sustainability
• Proven ability to develop and implement HSE programs and initiatives
