
Social Development Direct
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead role sits within the SDDirect technical team and will work full time on the Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH), one of SDDirect’s largest programmes. The role will work across an expanding number of contracts to ensure oversight of MEL system for the RSH programme. This is a complex multi-country programme with several regional and national hubs funded by a range of donors.
The objective of this role is to harmonise and streamline the MEL systems across these RSH projects, creating a system that can articulate change and aggregate results across mulitple national and regional projects. We are seeking candidates with significant MEL and Research experience, who thrive on steamlining MEL systems and working with multiple donor requirements.

Reports to: Technical Director
Location: This is a UK-based role. You must have eligibility to work in the UK. Our London Head Office works on a hybrid basis (i.e., a mixture of office-based and home working). We are open to flexible working.
Appointment term: Full time, Permanent contract
Remuneration Package: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
