General Role

Takes in charge of overall product training of Hermes Korea. The duties include seasonal and non-seasonal products trainings and induction training to all store team. Reinforce relevant training programs and tools for each step of each sales associate’s training path; from induction, generalist and specialist program to seasonal training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist / Conduct Product training for store staffs by the level of knowledge and occasion . Induction Training: Assist to conduct induction program for new-joiners 4 times a year, based on Corporate Guideline . In charge of organizing contents of this program . Collection Training: Assist to conduct novelty training by season, with collaboration with merchandising team & create the local materials for stores by the given materials from Corporate . Category training: Plan & organize product training by occasion, especially for prioritized category or the one with commercial initiatives . In charge of finding needs from stores and conducts training if needed. . On-line training: Develop digital contents for specific categories which requires to cover more audience and time-efficiency. . Expert training: Assist to develop the contents and finding needs for store category expert through regular meeting or visit by sharing ideas. . Field coaching at stores for staff’s practice based on reality focusing on selling and other soft skills. . Communicate each category trainers of Group for new product launching or commercial initiatives. 2. Create and Develop Training contents and materials . Support and guide stores to respect “Store Manual book” and “Collection Books” including update its materials in regular basis. . Translation and proof reading for training material and product information, according to the global guidelines. . Identify training needs and reflect to its program. . Assist objective setting and feedback follow up such as collecting store needs and provide the proper tools for evaluation.

Profile

  • 3 – 5 years’ Training experience in retail or fashion industry.
  • Experience in facilitating both technical and soft skill training
  • Excellence on information organization, contents presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to deal in a multi-tasking environment (flexibility, attention to detail, time management)
  • Self-motivated and initiative-oriented
  • Team-oriented mind preferred
  • Fluent in Korean & English. French is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office software
  • Knowledge of Picture & Video editing software is preferred.
