Overview
We are looking for Sales Excellence and Training Manager to support the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team based in South Korea! This role partners with a team of facilitators focusing on providing the best onboarding experience for new hires and a sound framework for continued education supporting efficiency and effectiveness. Your main role is focusing on learning and development, training and operation of programs for GBS: you will be planning & executing the learning journey of sales teams through implementation of professional development and functional skills training programs.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver continuing e-learning programs targeted for functional efficiency and effectiveness using authoring tools
2. Plan and execute product training programs such as onboarding programs, and develop training materials and assessments with subject matter experts
3. Learn core operations and objectives of teams within Global Business Solutions (GBS) to develop training curriculum across functions & facilitate training
4. Work closely with cross-functional partners within Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product and others to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies
5. Liaise with other product teams and marketing teams to keep content updated and real
6. Identify training needs across teams and functions while focusing on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis (e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
7. Manage, setup and align all trainings such as calendar management, online & offline schedulings, planning and execution of training logistics, vendor management

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience training/sales/marketing functions in tech, media or digital marketing industry, preferably sales experience of 1-3 years
2. Expert-level knowledge of sales function within the digital advertising landscape
3. Strong leadership skills to coordinate in leading different stakeholders in a fast-moving, team-focused environment with hands-on experience as an individual contributor
4. Online e-Learning platform experience and content development for training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
5. Track record of identifying training needs and leading development of group and individual learning paths as well as managing the training function to a budget
6. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
