Moris Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the success of the moCal brand. In this role, you will work remotely under Moris Media’s payroll and be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales professionals. Your main tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and representing Moris Media at industry events.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Moris Media’s goals and market trends. Adapt strategies as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
- Target Setting: Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual team members. Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the sales pipeline and evaluate the team’s sales performance. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to enhance team effectiveness.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance sales outcomes.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and represent Moris Media at industry events and networking functions.
- Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry contacts.
- Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
