JOB Responsibilities

Connecting clients and understanding the property requirement and pitching the right property.

  • Visiting client, meeting them and ensuring Site Visits.
  • Constant follow-up on the prospects and converting them to the sales.
  • Understanding & developing knowledge about micro markets & real estate projects

Building & nurturing long term relationship with Clients, channel partners and other stake holders.

Helping clients in building and managing their real estate investment portfolio with the help of our integrated service offerings.

Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and build a scalable business.

Contributing to sales innovations, strategic business development and the profitability and divisional PnL.

Establish a sales training program to train and upskilling employees.

Assessing Team performance and driving strategies to course correct employee performance.
