Edwards Vacuum

  • Manage the key semiconductor customers (Hynix/ Dongbu / Keyfoundry) also overseas customer(Hynix China) to develop better relations and direct work to implement and increase the sales volume.
  • Manage local OEM and develop better relations to assist increasing sales volume.
  • Analyze and report as customer investments, opportunities, products issues and competition etc, in market sector
  • Lead to respond to customers with the same strategy through collaboration with F/S ,Tech, Apps
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers above the working level and beyond in market sector to improve business.
  • Prepare for VPA with customers and create a successful strategy for how to maintain UGP.
  • Manage inventory and delivery by CRM and BPC with solid information from customers.
  • Reduce the warranty costs of DRY and TMP pumps by actively participating in the warranty committee.
