Senior Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive UAV training programs for internal staff, clients, and partners, covering all aspects of UAV operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Conduct training sessions, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain UAV systems effectively and safely.
• Continuously update and improve training curricula, materials, and resources to reflect the latest industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on UAV technology, providing guidance and support on technical issues, best practices, and troubleshooting during training sessions and in the field.
• Conduct practical flight training exercises, demonstrating proper UAV operation techniques, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance, and overseeing participant performance.
• Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participant proficiency and understanding of UAV operations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all training activities comply with relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, certifications, and feedback, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing training programs, incorporating participant feedback, industry trends, and technological advancements to improve training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to ensure training programs align with product specifications, capabilities, and customer needs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in UAV technology is preferred.
• Atleast 8 years of experience in UAV operations, training, or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
• In-depth knowledge of UAV systems, technologies, and applications, including flight operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in using UAV operation software, simulation tools, and training equipment.
• Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards related to UAV operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and schedules.
• Ability to travel as needed to conduct training sessions at various locations.
