The Sales and Service Operations Group provides superior customer service to all internal and external customers in a high volume customer service environment.

Specific deliverables of this position include:

• Accurately processes service parts and labor in QAD (ERP) system and properly follow up with field service and logistics teams; service part order, service call open and add, call activity record, call check (MOK part order, part arrival notification), and active call report.
• Process field service AS in Customer web portal.
• Update Install Base System.
• Assist preparation of contract documents.
• Create Proof of Delivery
• Certificate of Acceptance (COA) filing and item list check.
• Part specification / MSDS
• Local order and Voucher issuance.
• Assist all sales and service administrative duties when assigned.
• Ensures all areas of personal responsibility are handled promptly, accurately, and with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to achieve goal
• Strong problem-solving, follow-through, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Moderate MS Excel and Word skills
• Knowledge of ERP experience is preferred
• Fluent English is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of sales/service order administration or similar experience is preferred
