JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide 24/7 support and maintenance for Big Data applications/systems.
• Good Knowledge in Perl, Shell scripting and PL SQL programming.
• Telecommunication domain knowledge.
• Good Knowledge in BMC Control-M Client Components such as, Hadoop, MFT, Agents, Database, BIM, FORECAST, Self Service , AWS, Azure,GCP etc.
• To support automation team To build the automation process and managing administration activity in Control-M application.
• Control-M Agent Installation, Configuration, Deployment, AWS, Azure & other cloud integration.
• Manage any Control-M improvements projects related To automation and best practice
• Manage Control-M upgrade , Agent upgrade, DR activity
• Support various scripts and provide monitoring of various directories in production.
• Control – M Administrator & process automation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Minimum 5 to 10 years working experience with BMC products & Control-M Tools.
