About the Role:
Travexs Employment Services is proud to partner with one of United Arab Emirates’ most prominent travel agencies to recruit an experienced Travel Operation Supervisor for their Dubai headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency’s travel services, managing a team of travel consultants, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Oversee the processing of complex travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and related services
- Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor travel data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their feedback and resolving any issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, travel regulations, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the travel services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a travel operations or travel management role, preferably within the Saudi Arabian or GCC market
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of travel professionals
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle complex client requests
- Proficient in travel booking systems, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
