Educate Tomorrow

Educate Tomorrow is growing! We are seeking two results-oriented team players with creativity, drive, and leadership skills to manage and grow our programs. Our mission is to have a positive and enduring impact on those we serve, focused on college access and success. We address the barriers of educational attainment through college readiness and alternative education programs by integrating activities designed to support the holistic needs of current/former foster youth and those experiencing housing insecurity.

Primary Responsibilities:

In this role you will manage up to 40 program participants to provide relationship-based, coaching assist them in obtaining and maintaining stable housing, education, employment, and permanent connections. You will conduct intake assessments, develop personalized support plans, and continuously monitor progress, as well as facilitate family support, crisis intervention, and check-ins as needed. You will also assist young adult clients in navigating various social services, including housing, mental health, healthcare, employment, and education programs, while serving as a liaison between clients and community resources, ensuring effective utilization of wraparound services. In addition, you use appropriate platforms to connect clients to appropriate services and resources, while tracking participant progress and maintaining accurate records; foster a supportive and nurturing environment, which promotes advocacy, mentorship, peer support and community-building activities; and organize and facilitate educational activities that build life skills, confidence, and resilience among participants.

Youth Program Success Coach I Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, human services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth, young adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, foster care or a related program.

Youth Program Success Coach II Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with at-risk youth, young adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, foster care or a related program.

Ideal candidates must have:

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and principles of positive youth development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse youth populations.
  • Ability to apply trauma-informed principles to create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Knowledge of navigating community resources, housing, and social services.
  • Familiarity with HMIS, Unite Us, and other data management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
  • Commitment to youth empowerment, advocacy, and positive development.
  • Ability to be adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
