IT Graduate Project Delivery (f/m/d)

The role of IT Graduate is responsible for collaborating and working across multiple businesses, and depth of expertise in areas like Application & Integration, Workplace, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics and IT Security & Risk to gain experience and functional as well as business understanding.

This is a great opportunity to learn Project governance and process (PMO) as input to future improvements and as well build a network in Essity, being exposed to both management and project managers.

What You Will Do

• Demonstrates and develops technical expertise and understands evolving technical possibilities and applies technical insight, participates in technology trend research
• Gain experience in business partnering and develops understanding of business needs and how to best support one company
• Gain experience in value delivery by actively participates in projects/activities to support improvements and deliverables
• Develop an understanding of Innovation by actively supporting and enabling changes demonstrating a proactive approach
• Verify that right information has been provided by the PMs, support Project Managers with clarification, set-up agenda and follow-up actions
• Power BI reporting, build new reports, improve existing ones and propose improvements

Who You Are

• Relevant university degree within Information Technology, Industrial or Business Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Maximum 24 months of work experience after graduation. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to change.
• International mindset from working and/or studying abroad and an interest in collaborating with people from different cultures.
• Very good communications skills and teamplayer
• Fluent English knowledge required
